Great Service. I made a mistake on the measurements when I originally ordered some foam so when it arrived it did not fit. I contacted GB Foam who said they could re-work it. They arranged for it to be collected on the Friday and I received the new foam, re-cut, the following Tuesday. It now fits my sofa which is much more comfortable

I bought this for my daughter with medical health needs. We have tried so many over the years. This really is the only mattress we have bought which we can clean properly and doesn’t leave a lingering smell. Better than that though, is it’s incredibly comfortable. To the point I’ve bought another two for my other children without health needs, as I’d always find them lounging on her bed saying how comfortable it is. It also means their sister can sit with them without worrying about any accidents. Cannot recommend this mattress enough, great customer service too.

I ordered a single cushion to replace the seat of the most used chair of a 3 piece suite. It has given the whole suite a new lease of life. GB Foam Directs guides on measuring made ordering simple. Delivery time was a lot faster than expected. Will definitely use again.

My sofa seat cushions were stuffed with a polyester wadding and had lost their umph, they looked shabby, they felt uncomfortable. With trepidation, I measured the covers and ordered new foam cushions. TWO DAYS!!! later they arrived. Amazing! So comfortable. What a service! And, with the discount, great value. Thanks GB Foam. Xx

We bought a king size topper for our new mattress, which was just too firm – it’s made a huge difference and I’m no longer waking up aching all over. There was a problem with the first cover but the company delivered the foam without it (at our request) so we could use the topper anyway. They sent the cover a week or so after and it came with another memory foam topper inside. We telephoned the company to return it, and they said we could keep it as they couldn’t take it back once it was opened due to covid rules. So we basically got a spare for free, which is unreal. Even without the freebie, I would still recommend this company’s products – they are as good as any high street/internet brand and the service and communication are way better.
