After an initial bad start trying to get information out of the company they delivered a good product, in reasonable time and cut to a high standard. If it wasn't for the lack of help with product knowledge on the telephone I would have given them 5 stars. Not everybody knows exactly what they are looking for over the ether!

All arrived 2 days after ordering online, all perfectly meeting my specifications! Excellent purchase. Bought foam for a relatively new sofa that I found too soft to sit on comfortably. Rang for advice and the lady I spoke to was very helpful. Foam arrived the next day and the cushions are now much more comfortable.

Quick and efficient service. Good quality foam delivered when they say it will be. However, sometimes the glue bonding the wadding to the foam is hard on the edges and doesn't always give a nice finish to the cushions.

Your helpfulness when I realised I had forgotten to put the full delivery address on my order to being totally gobsmacked when the replacement cushions for my uncle's sofa arrived not long after 9am the following day.
