We bought a replacement fishmonger core for a quite high end sofa. The cushion was foam core wrapped in a feather duvet like padding. We bought the luxury medium foam as the firm foam was not recommended for greater than 4 inches. The cut and quality was fine, but just wanted to say that the medium foam is still quite firm. I’d exercise caution in ordering the luxury firm personally.
