Ordered new sofa cushions , as the old ones had gone flat and out of shape. Arrived next day with the Stockinette and Dacron already attached. Easily fitted into the covers perfectly, cut to the right size. Sofa looks fab and comfortable again. Would recommend trying this first before splashing out on a new sofa.

Excellent service. I followed the measurement guidelines on the website to the letter, and ignored common advice to add an extra inch to all dimensions. I wish I hadn't as the cushions were not full enough in the covers and I had to use additional wadding. The cushions are on the firm side, but comfortable.

Beginning with a positive, the sofa cushions are fabulous and were at a reasonable price. Having said that the internet order slipped through the net but, when it didn't arrive as expected. I called the company who responded quickly and efficiently with the order arriving very soon afterwards. However, the box was very large in relation to the contents, had broken open and there was absolutely nothing to hold the cushions within. Luckily all was well. I'm sure this was just one of those orders where nothing goes to plan but ended well. I wouldn't have any hesitation in ordering again.

I ordered a chair seat cushion with dacron and stockinette on Saturday. The website was easy to use, I sent a paper template as well. The cushion was delivered today (Thursday). Fits exactly to my measurements and is excellent quality. I highly recommend this company, excellent customer services, prices and delivery. They even enclosed two heart shaped bath sponges! I shall be ordering again. My Ercol chair will look like new!
