I happen to just come across your company and website last week on Saturday when we were thinking of ordering a new one. We thought of trying the option of replacing cushions and without much hesitation, i thought of ordering and i didn't check any other company for a replacement cushion. I got to the task of making an online order and got straight on to measuring our existing cushions. Whilst i made all effort to get the right measurements based on the information provided on your website, i had a small doubt if my measurements were right. Once I submitted the details and placed the order, i was keen to wait and see if my measurements were right. To my surprise it was exactly the right size and i realized that it was very simple and straightforward task of ordering replacement cushions. As soon as i received the first cushion, i ordered the remaining three as well. I was however stuck with providing the measurements for the custom sizes cushions and with your advice and guidance, I was able to provide the right template. I was somewhat not very sure if I will get the right shaped custom made cushion and I was happy to see that it came out as the exact size and shape. I would like to add my thanks to you and your colleagues for the excellent service and for delivering the cushions on time as well. Within a week, we now have a sofa as good as new. I will be very happy to recommend GB foam factory to friends and family members.
