This was an amazing product and great service from start to finish. I had never used GB Foam Direct before so was a little nervous about getting the right shape and size for what I needed. The measuring instructions were really helpful and the preview enabled me to ensure the shape was correct. Pricing was good and delivery super-fast. The delivered product was excellent and fitted in to the existing covers perfectly - I now have a piece of furniture that is as good as new at a fraction of the price.

Great new chair seats, foam arrived really fast. We're very happy with the foam we now have on our dining chairs. It's comfortable and was easy to fit. I was most impressed with the speed of delivery - even during coronavirus, we ordered the foam one evening and it was dispatched the next morning to arrive the following day. Very impressive service. The only reason I'm not giving them a 5* review is because I think it's a lot of money for some foam, although this company's prices were lower than others'.

So easy from ordering to delivery. I needed to improve the feel of my two seater sofa and luckily came across the GBfoam website. I selected the correct shape from their plans and entered my cushion dimensions onto the webpage which was very easy to follow. I paid by PayPal and 7 days later I received my order. Out with the old foam and in with new in a matter of minutes. I’m very pleased with the results.

Recently purchased a 20 year old sofa and chair on eBay. Loved the style but hated the covers and my intention was to recover it. Work commenced and I found the sofa, in particular, was drooping in the middle with no support at all. Fully prepared to replace the springs, I thought I try new seat pads because even though the sofa was immaculate once the old covers were removed, the seat pads were obviously originals and in bad shape. Turning to GB Foam I knew I nothing to lose since the pads obviously needed replacing and maybe after the springs would also still need sorting. GB Foam shipped my order very quickly, despite the terrible conditions at the moment. The pads were excellent with padding and netting on tops and bottoms. As soon as I’d replaced the old pads, all sagging problems were forgotten. What a difference they’ve made for the better. Very supportive and comfortable. Thank you so much for a wonderful customer experience and for supplying a product that does exactly what it says it will.
