  We bought a king size topper for our new mattress, which was just too firm – it’s made a huge difference and I’m no longer waking up aching all over. There was a problem with the first cover but the company delivered the foam without it (at our request) so we could use the topper anyway. They sent the cover a week or so after and it came with another memory foam topper inside. We telephoned the company to return it, and they said we could keep it as they couldn’t take it back once it was opened due to covid rules. So we basically got a spare for free, which is unreal. Even without the freebie, I would still recommend this company’s products – they are as good as any high street/internet brand and the service and communication are way better.

  The customer service was excellent - they rang me to say the product was delayed and kept me updated on its progress. They agreed to send the foam without its cover but that was delivered just a few days later. The delivery information and service was also excellent. I am really pleased with the quality of the product which, if anything, is better than expected.
