Easy to order and arrived quickly and within the delivery time given. Kept up to date with delivery info. Very pleased with the replacement seat foam received so far, the only thing I would say is that although we ordered the top specification with the 'loft' once inside the cover it looks quite flat compared to the other sofa/chair seat pads.

Ordered online on the Sunday, was informed on the Monday before 9:30am the order was completed, new foam delivered earlier than requested. First class service and product, highly recommend. My sofa now feels better than when it was new.

I wasn't sure about buying 2 new foam cushions online for my settee - too much to do if I needed to return them. But ordering was easy, delivery was on time and the foam is fantastic. It's firm to sit on and so far kept its shape. It is like sitting on a new settee. Hey!
